With the Ibanez Standard SR306EB-WK Weathered Black, Ibanez adds a beautiful 6-string bass to the popular SR300 series that combines agile playability and diverse tones with an extremely attractive price.
Maneuverable playing characteristics
When building the SR306, Ibanez paid special attention to comfortable playing characteristics, so that virtuoso bass lines across all six strings come off the hand with ease. The thin maple and walnut SR6 neck features a flat 19.7″ radius Jatoba fingerboard, while the flowing contours of the Nyatoh body ensure a robust and well-balanced playing position.
PowerSpan pickups and active EQ
The tone conversion of the Standard SR306EB E-Bass is handled by two Ibanez PowerSpan dual-coil pickups, which not only provide powerful humbucker tones. Via the 3-way power tap switch, transparent single-coil sounds and the meaty power tap sound can also be accessed. To customize the tone, the Bass is also equipped with an active 3-band equalizer. Last but not least, a solid Ibanez Accu-Cast bridge and tuning stable die-cast bass machine heads complete the Ibanez Standard SR306EB-WK Weathered Black.
