Four ways to rent
Event rental
1, 2 or 3 days cost almost the same: delivery, placement, tuning and collection are most of the price. One all-in total.
Quote an eventMonthly rental
Includes delivery, placement, tuning and collection, so a single month costs more per month than a long term. Rent upfront; a refundable deposit may apply.
Quote a monthLong-term
3, 6 or 12 months: set-up is paid once, so the monthly cost falls the longer you rent. Renew when the term ends.

Hotels, hospitals, schools and malls: delivery, service commitments and VAT clearly stated, for an LPO.

Event prices cover specialist set-up, a tuning before the event and collection, which is why a one-day event can cost more than a month at home. Indicative; exact price depends on the model, dates, floor and access. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
Set-up once, then a monthly rent
One-time set-up
Delivery, placement, tuning and collection happen once, whatever the length of the rental. For an upright this is about AED 1,450.
Plus monthly rent
Then a monthly rent, about AED 250 a month for an upright. A year works out to roughly AED 350 a month all-in; one month is about AED 1,700 in total.
Events are quoted as one price because set-up is most of the cost: a 1-, 2- or 3-day event is almost the same. Figures shown are for an upright; the table above has every piano.

Outside Abu Dhabi transport is quoted. Stairs without a lift may add handling.
Renewing, or rent-to-own?
Renewal: extend at the same rate when your term ends, or collect early on a call. Owning: many rentals can move toward a purchase — tell us early and we will show how your rental counts.
Simple, fair terms
- Quote validity: quotations are valid for 15 days; sign and return to confirm.
- Payment: rent is paid upfront. Individuals provide an Emirates ID copy; companies a purchase order (LPO).
- Deposit: a refundable deposit may apply, returned after inspection less any charges.
- Ownership: the piano stays the property of AKM Music Centre for the whole term.
- Return: clean, complete and in the condition supplied (fair wear and tear excepted), on or before the end date.
- Late return: each day or part-day beyond the end date is charged pro rata at the rental rate.
- Damage or loss: charged at repair or replacement cost, and may be deducted from the deposit.
