Band rehearsal room

Drums, bass and guitar amps, keyboard, PA and microphones are already set up, so a band can plug in and rehearse a full set. AED 150 per hour.

Drum practice room

No space for a kit at home? Book a solo hour on our acoustic drum kit for AED 100 — in an air-conditioned room where the noise is not a problem.

Jam room & solo practice

Singers, guitarists and pianists use the room to practise, prepare for exams and run through a gig — with an acoustic piano and a PA on hand.

Quick answers before you book

What's included in the hourly rate?

Everything you need to play: acoustic drum kit, acoustic piano, guitar and bass amplifiers, keyboard, PA system, microphones, music stands and chairs, in an air-conditioned room. You don't need to bring your own gear unless you prefer your own instrument.

How much does it cost?

AED 100 per hour for a solo session, AED 150 per hour for a band. Book from 1 up to 5 consecutive hours. Payment is made at the studio — no deposit or online payment is needed to reserve a slot.

What are the studio's hours?

Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 9 PM. Friday, 4:30 PM to 9 PM. The live calendar above only shows start times that are genuinely free, including a 15-minute cleaning gap we reserve after every session.

How do I book, and is payment required online?

Pick a free date and start time on the live calendar, choose your hours and session type (solo or band), then add your name and number. Your slot is reserved immediately and confirmed on WhatsApp — no online payment or account needed.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll help you reschedule or cancel.

Where is the rehearsal studio in Abu Dhabi?

At AKM Music, Plot C146, Hamdan Road No 5, behind the Millennium Hotel, Al Dana, Abu Dhabi. We send the Google Maps location with your booking confirmation.

Can I book the studio just for drum practice?

Yes. Book a solo session — AED 100 per hour — and use our acoustic drum kit. You only need to bring your sticks.

Can my band book the same time every week?

Yes. Tick “Repeat every week” when you book to hold the same weekday and time for up to eight more weeks. You see every date and the total before you confirm, and you tick a second box to confirm all of them. Any week that is already taken is skipped and we tell you which one.

Can I record in the studio?

No. It is a rehearsal studio — a practice room with drums, piano, amplifiers, a PA and microphones — not a recording studio. We do not offer recording or mixing services.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. The public calendar only shows that a slot is taken — never your name or number. Only AKM Music staff can see full booking details.
