What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 21:00. Friday, 16:30 to 21:00.
Do you deliver outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes — UAE-wide, including Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Delivery is free on orders over AED 500; smaller orders are AED 15.
Can I try an instrument before buying?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything is on the floor and set up to play, and our team will talk you through the differences rather than reading you the box.
Do you repair instruments you did not sell?
Yes. Assessment is free at the showroom, whatever the instrument and wherever it came from.
Do you buy or trade in used instruments?
Talk to us — it depends on the instrument and its condition. Bring it in or send photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly.
