Frequently asked
Do you install sound systems, or only sell the equipment?
Both. We supply components over the counter, and we design, install and commission complete systems — mosques, schools, halls, hotels and event spaces — across the UAE.
Can you supply a mosque sound system?
Yes. Mosque audio is one of the things we are asked for most, including Ramadan setups. The priority is speech intelligibility throughout the prayer hall, which is a different design problem from music playback.
Will you come and look at the room first?
For anything installed, yes. A speaker that measures well in a showroom can be the wrong answer in a hard-surfaced hall, and the only way to know is to see it.
Do you provide a formal quotation for tenders?
Yes — itemised, on letterhead, with TRN, lead times and warranty terms, in the format procurement teams need to raise an LPO.
Can you service a system somebody else installed?
Yes. We will assess what is there and tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or replacing.
Do you rent PA for one-off events?
Yes — PA and backline hire with technical support, for a single night or a full run.
