Do you supply musical instruments to schools in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE?
Yes. AKM Music has supplied schools, nurseries, universities and training centres across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and the Northern Emirates since 1984 — from a single classroom set of recorders to a full auditorium fit-out. We deliver UAE-wide, install on site, and service what we sell from our own Abu Dhabi workshop.
Can you provide a formal quotation for a tender or purchase order?
Yes. We issue formal, tender-ready quotations on company letterhead with our TRN, itemised pricing, lead times and warranty terms — the format procurement and finance teams need to raise an LPO. Send us your BOQ, tender document or a rough list and we will price it.
Do you offer bulk or education pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing applies across classroom packs, band and orchestra sets and AV systems, and it is quoted on one document rather than negotiated item by item. Tell us the quantities and the academic year you are buying for.
Are your invoices VAT compliant?
Yes. We invoice as Ajmal Khan Mohammed Music Centre LLC with a valid TRN and 5% VAT, so the invoice is reclaimable and drops straight into your finance system.
Do you support Trinity and ABRSM exam programmes?
Yes. We supply the instruments, books and accessories used across Trinity and ABRSM syllabi, and our teaching team runs exam preparation. If you are starting a programme from scratch we will help you spec what each grade actually needs.
Can you install and set up equipment on school premises?
Yes. We deliver, install and commission — hall PA and sound systems, projectors and AV, practice-room and music-room fit-outs — and we train your staff on the day so the equipment is actually used. Installation is quoted with the goods, not added afterwards.
What happens if something breaks during term time?
We repair in house rather than sending instruments abroad, which is why turnaround is days rather than months. Schools on an AKM Care+ contract get scheduled servicing, tuning and priority turnaround, which matters most for pianos in the UAE's heat and humidity.
Do you rent instruments to schools rather than sell them?
Yes. Rental suits a programme you are trialling, an exam term, or a concert that needs backline for one night. Rentals can be converted to a purchase if the programme sticks.
