How do gift cards work?

Choose AED 100, 250, 500 or 1000, tell us who it is for and how they should receive it (WhatsApp, email, or sent to you to hand over), then pay by PayPal / card or bank transfer. The card, with its own redemption code, is sent once payment is completed.

Where can the card be used?

At AKM Music in Abu Dhabi (Hamdan Road No 5) and Dubai (Karama Shopping Complex), on any product or service: instruments, accessories, repairs, classes and studio time.

Is there an extra fee for paying by PayPal?

No. You pay the value of the card only. PayPal charges in US dollars, so it shows the dollar equivalent of the AED amount (for example about USD 27.23 for an AED 100 card).

How long is a gift card valid?

12 months from the date of purchase. It is valid for one purchase; any unused value is not refunded or carried over, and the card cannot be exchanged for cash.

When is the card sent?

Straight away after a PayPal payment. For a bank transfer to Emirates NBD, as soon as the money reaches our account; send us the transfer slip on WhatsApp to speed it up.

Can a school buy cards for its students?

Yes, with no minimum order. Add one card per student (or paste a list), choose to receive them all yourself or have each sent to a parent by WhatsApp or email, and pay in one go.
